We approached our concept with this in mind and developed our hybrid tool. This idea was the cornerstone of our concept. We want to produce cost-effectively in large output quantities and offer our customers plastic components in short cycle times with unique flexibility. We advise, plan and develop together with our customers on an individual basis, from the initial idea through to successful implementation.
Tool technology
Our hybrid tool combines the strengths of classic toolmaking and 3D printing. This enables us to reduce the cycle time by up to 30%. 3D SLM steel inserts, which are virtually wear-free, enable a flexible output quantity.
